Your orders will be processed & shipped in the same day if it’s made before 12pm. Orders after 12pm & Sundays & Public Holiday will be processed on the next working day.

Length of shipment is according to the specified length of time by the expedition.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We hope that you love everything that you got from us, but if the item(s) doesn’t suit you feel free to exchange within 7 days upon receiving. Exchanges can only be made once and any difference will be put as a store credit.
Sale & promotional items are not exchangeable.

Conditions of returns
Returned items must be unwashed, unused, unaltered and all labels must be attached.
For healthy reasons, we do not accept returns on the purchase of earrings, face masks and scarves unless faulty.
